Excel in your job

Enjoy your new challenges and learn from them. Continually update your resume and document your successes. You can now use your MAPP to help you excel in your job. Consider using MAPP for building work teams, hiring promoting, reorganizing as a company and a personal fulfillment tool. With MAPP the possibilities are endless!

Try creating a motivational objective using your MAPP results to add to your resume. You can do this by using some of the MAPP terminology describing your strengths (Motivation levels 1 and 2) and what drives you.

Employers are used to seeing Objective, Qualities and References, but Motivational Objective is new! It will stand out on your resume.

For example, if you have a high motivation for Change and Variety, Working with People, and Planning/Coordinating you could add these strengths by formulating the following objective statement.

Motivational Objective

I enjoy working with many different people, am a team player and prefer a fast-paced, changing environment. A high motivation for planning and supervising allows me to be organized while successfully juggling many projects.
